Join us as we celebrate color in all its beautiful forms in our fifth annual color issue. Whether you prefer naturally colored sheep’s wool or rainbow hues created by indie dyers, you’ll find plenty of inspiration for your next spin.

Discover ways to manipulate colors in your braid or blend for the perfect results every time—and learn a natural-dye technique that adds shade and depth to your skeins using ingredients you probably already have at home.

You’ll also:

• Find resources to help you learn about color theory the easy way. 
  
• Learn how to make a custom fractal striped yarn using primary colors and discover why some blends stay brilliant while others turn into mud.
• Take your color blending a step further with gradients that don’t mix!
