Margaretha Franziska Lobkowitz's Stockings Pattern Download

Stockings that belonged to Margaretha Franziska Lobkowitz in the early seventeenth century in the Czech Republic inspired Sylvie Odstrčilová’s exquisite adaption.

Finished Size: 8" foot circumference, 13½" circumference at top of leg, and 8½" long from back of heel to tip of toe; foot length is adjustable.
Yarn: DROPS Fabel (75% superwash wool, 25% nylon; 224 yd [205 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #113 ruby red (MC), 5 balls; #400 black (CC), 1 ball.
Needles: Size 0 (2 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); waste yarn for provisional CO; spare size 0 (2 mm) needle; tapestry needle.
Gauge: 42 sts and 55 rnds = 4" in St st.
