Highbury Top Knitting Pattern Download
Named for the village in which Emma is set, this top is refined enough to wear out and about but casual enough for a morning walk. It is inspired by the high-waisted dresses of the Regency era and the triangle of fabric placed high on the upper back of such dresses. As Regency dresses were often kept simple, they were sometimes decorated only at the lowest edge, and so this top features a single band of lace patterning at the bottom edge.Finished Size: 31 1/2 (36, 38 1/2, 41, 43, 47 1/2)" bust circumference, buttoned.
