Handwoven Loom Theory: Eight and Over Eight Scarf Collection
Loom Theory is a special publication of Handwoven magazine featuring 10 high-end scarf projects half for 8-shaft looms and half for looms with 12 to 16 shafts. All feature gorgeous original patterns woven using luxury yarns including soft wools, crisp linen, and shimmering silk and Tencel.
Each project in this collection includes a WIF download that shows every warp end and every pick, and you use virtually any weaving software to open and use them.
The luscious yarns in this collection are courtesy of Jagger Spun, Vävstuga, Glimåkra USA, Treenway Silks, and Halcyon Yarn. The talented designers are Deanna Deeds, Elisabeth Hill, Suzie Liles, Bonnie Inouye, and Laura Fry. Two weavers, Trudy Sonia and Sandra Hutton, also helped assemble the collection.
