Addie Heron's Bead-Crochet Purse Pattern

Step out in style with this gorgeous bead-crocheted purse. Karen C. K. Ballard used Silver-lined Blue beads on Black crochet thread and attached the completed purse to an antique-style frame.

Required Materials:

• South Maid Crochet Thread, 100% cotton thread, size 10, 350 yards (320.0 m)/ball, 1 ball of #12 Black; makeitcoats.com
• TOHO Beads, glass seed beads, size 11/0 round, #1954-010 Silver-lined Blue, 40 grams (1.4 oz); tohobeads.net
• Purse frame, 5 inches (12.7 cm), silver-plated with sewing holes, #LS25; lacis.com
• Chain with clasps for attachment to purse frame, 16 inches (40.6 cm), to match purse frame, #EC43; lacis.com
• Crochet hook, steel, size 6 (1.8 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
• Tapestry needles, 2
• Gum Arabic

Gauge: 12 sc = 1 inch (2.5 cm), 10 rows = 1 inch (2.5 cm)
