Many handwoven wraps are woven of 8/2 cotton in plain weave with warp stripes. Susan E. Horton wove this wrap for a client who requested a twill in black, gray, and white plaid. After reviewing the samples, they chose mercerized and unmercerized 10/2 cotton in a rosepath pattern and 2/2 twill, and we decided to make the tails different from the rest of the wrap.
